Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Estate Agent to join our new Armagh City branch. As an innovative and professional estate agent, you will leverage your exceptional skills and market insights to provide an unparalleled experience for our clients. If you are passionate, driven, innovative about real estate, technology-driven, and eager to work within a top-performing team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Use innovative marketing strategies, including digital platforms, crm systems, social media, and virtual tours, to showcase properties effectively.
- Provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process, from initial inquiries to closing deals across both Residential & Commercial sectors.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform clients about current trends and property valuations.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, creating engaging and informative experiences for potential buyers.
- Collaborate with a team of top-performing estate agents/surveyors to share best practices and drive overall success.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and local market developments/trends.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an estate agent, preferably within the top 10% of the industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Digital-savvy, with proficiency in using technology and social media for marketing and client engagement.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to enhance client experiences.
- Knowledge of the Armagh and surrounding real estate market is highly desirable.
- Relevant property qualifications and memberships would be an advantage.
