🚨New Job Alert: Estate Agent Receptionist/Administrator (Armagh Office)
Place: The May Sherry Building, 8 Upper English St, Armagh
McAteer Solutions require a versatile and responsible Estate Agent Receptionist/Administrator to join their new modern office in Armagh. The successful candidate will report directly to our Director Olga McAteer.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Director; the Estate Agent Receptionist will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks across the general running of the business, viewings, assisting in daily office needs and monitoring the company's general administrative activities. The use of all computer management systems, databases, SAGE 50 accounts package, in-house computer systems, Excel and Word. With knowledge of a digital telephone office system.
The successful candidate will have a vibrant personality and the ability to perform an extensive range of tasks which will enable you to deliver in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.
Strong written and communication skills are vital for this role. With such a variety of tasks we guarantee great learning opportunities and never a dull moment.
We are an energetic and modern business with fantastic opportunities in the horizon. The successful candidate will be hugely responsible for; liaising with clients, collaborators, general public, team members, and other working partners across Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities: Updating SAGE 50, CRM systems, updating all internal computer systems/databases, reception duties; to take responsibility for scheduling including setting up travel, meetings, viewings, organising events, diary logs, appointment logs and other appointments when required plus any other office duties required.
Office Management: To conduct office management duties ensuring that everything is in place for the office to function smoothly. To ensure that office supply inventory is up to date for all divisions across the board. This includes all marketing materials on social media, inhouse marketing business literature and that the website is kept up to date at all times.
Communication Liaison: To provide a warm greeting to guests, general public, clients and working partners of McAteer Solutions and ensure that they are well looked after when they are with us; either in person or on the telephone. Where required, screen phone calls, open and sort mail, summarise reports.
Education/requirements: GCSE: English and Maths Grade A-C, NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Business Studies, Desirable: 2 years work experience in a similar role. Along with use of CRM sales systems, SAGE 50.
